About this object

Mushroom-shaped pendant made from coils of blue, yellow and white glass. Pierced through the length and considered to have been worn on a wire suspended from the ear-lobe. From Garstang's 1909 excavations at Abydos, tomb 941 A'09. Appears in excavation archive photograph A414.
