About this object

Miniature piriform shaped cosmetic vessel with pointed base and rounded rim. Traces of green powder remaining inside. Veined black and white translucent gneiss stone. This may be from John Garstang's 1900 season for the Egyptian Research Account, or his later excavations between 1906 and 1909 for the University of Liverpool.
