Miniature coffin and falcon headed figure, possibly representing the god Sokar. Traces of resin, linen and cartonanage on the figure. Auction sticker on the base: "176/4".

Purchased at Messrs. Fosters, London, 19 February 1931 lot. 176 (2 of 4) “clay model of mummified hawk, in coffin”. Part of the Wellcome Historical Medical Museum gift of 1971 (ex accession no. 103740).
