Threaded cylinder beads of cylindrical shape made from ten ivory and fifty-eight black steatite. Fourteen smaller round beads of black steatite that were found "all up the legs". Modern restringing of the beads. Excavated in Petrie's Predynastic cemetery U near the modern village of Hiw (How/Hu), grave number U354 which was recorded by Mr MacIver and which Petrie described as containing "six flint bracelets on the left arm; necklace of tubular black steatite and ivory; many minute black beads all up the legs." and dated the burial to Sequence Date 70 - 80.
