Half a sea shell inscribed with the name Nebmaatra within a cartouche, the throne name of the 18th Dynasty pharaoh Amenhotep III. This may have been worn as a pendant or could haven been buried beneath a building such as a temple as a foundation deposit. May be a forgery.
