About this object

Mummiform shabti wearing a tripartite wig with a seshed headband tied at the back being added in black. The eyes are added in black. The arms are held crossed on the chest, and the hands hold a pair of hoes modelled in relief, and painted black. A basket is painted on the back. Mould made from pottery with a light blue paint and details in black. Small amounts of surface loss on the hands and face. Recorded as from being from the excavations of the British School of Archaeology in Egypt at either the Ramesseum or Abydos.
