Mummiform shabti of Djed-khonsu-iwef-ankh, God's Father, Beloved of the God. Apple-green glaze composition, together with painted details of two hoes and a basket, and an inscription.

The name is recorded by the excavator as Zed-Khonsu-Ankh.
