About this object

Green glazed steatite scarab seal crudely decorated on one side with details of the wings, head and legs. The other side is inscribed with a representation of a seated king holding crook and flail, and a representation of a smaller figure wearing a crown, possibly a royal child. Pierced through the length for suspension. Chipped in several places.
