About this object

Serpentine scarab seal with undecorated flat back. The other side is inscribed with hieroglyphs including an arm with a dot or small sun disc, a kheper sign, a 'nb' sign and possible sign R10 from Gardiner's sign list, hrt-nTr (necropolis)?. It is pierced through the length for suspension.
