About this object

Fragment of a dish with preserved ribbed decoration (handle?). Note on EES registration card reads: 'see no. 30/52' and in the excavation publication "fragments of fine alabaster bowls". Marked by the excavator in black ink T.A.. 30.31 53 T.36.43. From North Suburb, House T36.43 (a house "so ruined as to be almost unintelligible".
