About this object

Green glazed steatite scarab seal decorated on one side with details of the wings, head and legs. The other side is flat and inscribed with hieroglyphs representing the sacred bark of Ra, a seated god (possibly Ptah) and two other signs. It is pierced through the length for suspension.
