About this object

Very small green scarab seal very finely decorated on one side with details of the wings, head and legs. The other side is inscribed with hieroglyphs probably 'ra nb tA.wy', "Ra lord of the two lands". It is pierced through the length for suspension.

Objects found amongst other unprocessed scarabs in a grey tray in the strong room 1.08, labelled with accession number 56.20.294 which appears to be already attributed to another scarab. Ashley says there was some issues with the current object when decanting the gallery.
