About this object

Green glazed steatite scarab seal finely decorated on one side with details of the wings, human head and legs, hollow design, very finely carved. The other side is inscribed with two 'nefer' signs on each side of a spiral pattern. It is pierced through the length for suspension. Not sure if the hollow design is ancient, holes between the legs may be a modern addition suggested by steatite powder coming out of the holes from the drilling?
