A wooden King’s messenger sword, the handle coated with gold donated by Hon. John Mensah Sarbah, a Barrister-at-Law, Cape Coast Castle. While no trace of this object survives, Zachary Kingdon found a 1903 certificate of thanks for it from the Liverpool Museum in the Ghanaian archives.
