About this object

Circular silver ga'u decorated with engravings of the eight auspicious symbols, surrounded by foliage in the Bhutanese style. The base is sealed with a thin brass disc which has a repousse double dorje in the centre. Contents are intact, including an arch-shaped tsa tsa of Manjushri and green silk cloth. The window is covered with a broken piece of glass.
