A large sample piece of thin calico printed with a range of different motifs in red and black including peacocks, peepul leaves, roses, the sun and the moon in a mixture of Nepalese and English designs.

    The designs shown here were based on paper designs produced by Irma Bailey in Sikkim and Bhutan and she facilitated this donation from Jessie Brown to Liverpool Museum in 1965.
