About this object

Medium-sized, slender snake with long whip-like tail and deep, narrow head with very large eyes. Scales are smooth and matt and very variable in colour, usually greyish with a net-like pattern on southern and western individuals, belly is grey-green to yellowish. A dark, narrow, yellow-edged bar runs between the nostrils and a comma-like mark between the eyes and mouth. Length up to 1 m.
