About this object

A stocky snake with a broad head. Colour varies, can be banded in dark-brown to black, alternating with grey, yellow or orange, alternatively the back may be uniform dark brown to black speckled with light greys and browns. Belly is dark with 1-2 pale bands on the throat. Length up to 150 cm.
