About this object

Cream or pale brown above with a series of large, rounded or oval, dark brown blotches along the midline of the back which may be fused into a zigzag stripe, there may also be a row of dark spots on the flank. There is also an arrow-shaped mark on the head which extends on to the back. Underside cream with numerous small dark spots and streaks arranged in ill-defined longitudinal rows. Length up to 66 cm.
