1/16 scale model of Liverpool tramcar 752

This 3 in gauge electric model of Liverpool Corporation tramcar no. 752 is a fine example of its type. It details a two axle truck with electric motors and gear drive to each coil and leaf sprung axle, working brake gear, driver’s compartments with controls, glazed upper and lower decks with seals, stairs, hanging straps and hand irons. It has route number 49 from Murihead Ave to Green Lane on its destination blind. The tram is based on a design by Percy Priestly who was Liverpool Tramways Manager in the 1930s. It was built by Mr David Orchard and purchased by NML in 2007. The destination board reads Muirhead Ave, Green Lane, Penny Lane and it has the route number 49.
