Acanthodactylus erythrurus (Schinz, 1833)

A lizard with rather large head, pointed snout and very slender tail. Adults usually grey, brown or coppery with pale streaks or rows of spots separated by dark bars or blotches, especially on the flanks. Underparts white. Length up to 7.5 cm.
