Adze

An adze blade in dark grey stone, possibly sandstone-greywacke, with an asymmetrical outline and rounded rectangular cross-section. The butt is undifferentiated. The surface is polished but there are remains of bruising overall. The bevel is convex and there is no chin line. The cutting edge is slightly oblique. The front and back profiles are convex. The cutting edge is sharp but slightly rounded.
