Adze

An adze blade in grey-green stone, probably greywacke, with an asymmetrical outline and a rounded rectangular cross-section. The poll is oblique. The butt slightly reduced. The butt front and sides are bruised, the other surfaces ground. There is a slight bevel, and no chin line. The cutting edge is straight. The front and back profiles are convex. The cutting edge is sharp.
