Adze

An adze blade in dark grey stone with an asymmetrical outline and quadrangular cross-section at the shoulder, thinner and rectangular at the blade. The surfaces of the bevel and part of blade front are polished, the others fractured or flaked. The poll is oblique with a sharp edge. The bevel is convex with no chin line. The cutting edge is straight. The front profile is convex and angled, the back irregular. The cutting edge is sharp. There are the remains of a label on the front.
