Adze

An adze blade in pale grey stone with an asymmetrical outline and rounded square cross-section. The butt is undifferentiated. The surface is bruised and ground. Thee are two bevels, one more acute than the other (possibly the back), and curved chin lines. The cutting edge is curved. Both profiles are convex. The cutting edge is blunt and there is an orange surface deposit, probably weathering.
