Adze

An adze blade in dark green stone with darker lines. The outline is asymmetrical and roughly triangular with a flat rectangular cross-section, thinner at the cutting edge and thicker at the butt. The butt is undifferentiated. The poll is broken at the back and smoothed flat. There is a thin bevel along the cutting edge, with a curved chin line parallel to the edge. The surface is polished The cutting edge and sides are chipped. There are the remains of a label on the front.
