Silver gelatin print by the Liverpool City Engineer's Department and passed for record purposes by Western Command Headquarters. Stamped WD157 on verso. 'File Copy' and 'Liverpool Corporation City Engineer' embossed on bottom of print. Image shows a damaged air raid shelter, caused by an H.E. bomb on the night of 6th September 1940.
