Information

Small vessel known as an alabastron, designed to hold perfumed oil. The bottle has a teardrop shape, a short neck and a flat circular rim. The body of the alabastro is decorated in bands of black slip along rim, shoulder and base. A leaf pattern is white paint on a black stem round body. The interior of the mpouth has a thin black circular band and also has white paint. The overal clay is pink and of good quality.
