Alabastron (Perfume Vase)

Long narrow body with a rounded end; two lug-handles high up the body of the vase; a narrow neck and a broad splayed mouth. Compare with W. M. F. Petrie, Stone and Metal Vases (London, 1937) no. 964. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Hole in side, surface loss, rim chipped, pitted, label adhered to surface, surface dirt.
