Almanack Drawing

Greenaway had an international reputation as an illustrator of children’s books. She also painted watercolours of children similar to those featured in her illustrations. Greenaway provided illustrations for John Ruskin's 'Fors Clavigera - letters to the workmen and labourers of Great Britain' (1871 - 1884). This drawing was engraved in volume eight.
