On display


Oval shaped amulet of the type known as a 'magical gem', fragmentary. It shows a hawk facing to his right to a dog shaped figure, in between them a triangular shaped vessel standing on a rock formation. Above the figures are talismanic symbols, a disc above the dog headed figure, a Greek letter A followed by a star shape, a circled O, followed by an A. The reverse side has a magical inscription: AX (A) ΦΝΡΧΙΡΟ ΡΩ (C E fragmented )
