Ovalstone of the type known as a 'magical gem'. One one side there is seated figure in the typical position of Harpocrates with bent knees and hands on the knees, three rays or stems on the head. The reverse side has an inscription in Greek set in an oval: Β ΡΙΕΙ
B Ρ or I A I A.
The stone has much scratched surface on both sides and there are chipped edges.
