Fragment of faience (plaque amulet?) decorated on one side with a wedjat (Eye of Horus) and the other with the face of Hathor. Label stuck to the surface with printed text "Hofmuseum". Wellcome Historical Medical Museum accession no. 211107: FRAGMENT. Faience. 2 in. x 1 1/4 in. Egypt. Purchased at Stevens's, London, 9-10 September 1930 lot 729: "Four pre-Dynastic shell armlets, iron implement (rare), 2 stone carving, Coptic wooden lid, and other objects from Egypt (Vienna Museum)". Previously in the collections of K.k. Naturhistorisches Hofmuseum, Vienna.
