Aryballos

A globular aryballos with a thick and wide disk shaped top, a small handle from the shoulder to the top of the mouth. The overall ground is in creamy yellow slip and had distinct decoration of a dark brown quatrefoil decoration. Only one side of the body is decorated. The flat disc shaped top has decoration of a flower with its petals all along the small round hole. Small brown dots decorate the thick horizontal band of the disc shaped top. The handle also has inverted arrows decoration in brown but has significantly faded.
