Ash Chest Lid

Lid of round ash chest of C. Iulius Iulianus, made to fit the ash chest but uncertain when exactly it was made. Because it was mended it must have been well before it was purchased by Blundell. The lid was represented as the lid for the ash chest in the Engravings Volume. The lid also seems to be from a different type of marble, Carrara, than the rest of the ash chest.
