Ba Bird Figurine

Painted wood figure of a Ba-bird (a human-headed bird). The figure is actually a furniture-fitting, once positioned on top of a stela or a funerary box. Hole in the base for attachment. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Wood dry, surface loss, chipped, surface dirt.
