Standing figure of the goddess Bastet represented as a female in long tightly fitted dress with a cat's head. In her left hand she holds an aegis (protective adornment) comprised of the bust of a feline deity (either Bastet or Sekhmet) with a broad collar necklace below. In her right arm she carries something, but this and her hand are now broken away and missing. She stands on a pedestal with a peg for attachment to a base. Apart from the head the figure is of a very thin depth (3 mm) with a flat back. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Incomplete.
