Bead

Blue glazed spacer bead consisting of three sections, but has loops on top and bottom in addition. Loops in lighter blue; glaze is worn. Glued to card by Flaxman Spurrell with other amulets and beads excavated by Flinders Petrie at Tell el Amarna in 1892 to illustrate jewellery types. Annotated in red "TELL EL AMARNA. D.XVIII.
