Beads once stringed together with linen thread to form a protective net placed over a mummified body. Moslty blue and yellow disc-shaped beads. Threaded together in 1905. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Surface dirt, concretions. Register: Beads. 63. XXII-XXV dynasties, Hissayeh. Catalogue card 1920: Four strings of beads, two of blue faience discoid beads, and two of white faience discoid beads. Good technique. Good preservation. Later record card c. 1970: Mass of faience disc beads, mostly turquoise. Some cream, a few red and black.
