Beads

Blue glazed disc beads. 14 items: smallest 4 mm in diameter to largest 10 mm in diameter. Most beads have glaze worn, some better condition. Larger beads have some additional damage. Glued to card by Flaxman Spurrell with other amulets and beads excavated by Flinders Petrie at Tell el Amarna in 1892 to illustrate jewellery types. Annotated in red "TELL EL AMARNA. D.XVIII. Dug up by Petrie. F.C.J.S'.
