Beads and Amulets

String of very fine green shaped beads and amulets from a 19th Dynasty burial. The beads are either made from Egyptian faience or glazed steatite. From tomb 1700 excavated by the Egypt Exploration Society, 1925-26, and given to the East Anglia Egyptian Society in return for their subscription. CONDITION NOTE 1998: Surface dirt, worn.
