Beaker of square form, one of a pair (to LL 6693), with bulb on stem and flaring mouth with flat rim. The sides are moulded with mirror-shaped panels in which are designs enamelled on the glaze. On the neck are various figure subjects in landscape setting. On the bulb are groups of vases, figures, and emblems; and on the stem are flowers of four seasons. The spaces are enamelled on the biscuit with diaper patterns and borders of ju-i heads and key fret. On the flat edge of the mouth is lozenge diaper broken by red plum blossoms.
