Amulet in the form of the god Bes, modelled in the round. Squatting, with hands on knees, tail resting on back of square base. Wears feather headdress and pectoral (?). Details finely incised. Ears pierced: hands and legs separated from the body. Suspension loop behind the headress. Very little left of original blue glaze. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Incomplete, surface dirt.
