Small broad flask with two depressions representing the eyes of Bes. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Pitted, chipped rim and surface dirt. Purchased at Sotheby's, London, 26 June - 6 July 1922 (MacGregor Collection) Lot 1699/24: "Twenty-four miscellaneous vases, in glazed and unglazed pottery; from Esna, Abydos and other sites" (1922, p. 221).
