Information

A single duck or dove amulet with head reversed as if sleeping. Highly conventionalized, in blue glass inlaid with white and yellow/cream threads running the length of the body. Pierced horizontally across the centre of body. Original documentation is lost; Compare with 5 in the British Museum: John D Cooney, 'Catalogue of Egyptian Antiquities in the British Museum volume IV: Glass' (London, 1976), p. 20.
