Black Topped Beaker

Small beaker with steep walls and flat base. Handmade with polished red surface and black top. Thought to be from Naqada. Mr Timperley did acquire items that had been excavated by Prof. Flinders Petrie. CONDITION NOTE (1998): Rim heavily chipped, chipped surface, surface loss, surface dirt. Compare shape with W. M. F.
