Bottle/amphoriskos

Dark blue glass bottle or an amphoriskos with an ovoid body with a flat pedestal base. It has two thin handles from the shoulder to the lower part of the neck, a long cylindrical neck and a funnel shaped rim. The bottle has been badly broken, the body of the bottle has been filled with wax and the sherds have been pressed into the wax. The blue cplour of the glass has completely faded on the two handles which show the iridiscent glass. The final digits of the accession number written on the object are missing. 27.11.99 is readable as it has been written on the wax infill.
