Cylindrical small bottle, clear glass. The bottle has flat shoulders and a cylindrical neck, slightly bulbous at the base. The body has decoration of 3 bands of  2 incised horizontal lines. On the neck there is decoration of an incised  single line at the top of the neck and two lines in the middle of the neck.
