Bowl

Large fragment of a wide and short bowl including the whole base, part of the body and the rim and one small horizontal handle on one side of the rim. The bowl is decorated in White Painted II type with a creamy slip and dark brown paint: in the exterior body the foot is painted and there is a band in the mid wall. The rim is painted both internally and externally. The interior body has a thick band on the mid wall, two narrow bands on lower wall and traces of enclosed spiral on the floor. Coarse greenish buff clay with some small grit, evenly fired medium hard.The finish is wet and smooth of its own self slip.
