Information

A shallow bowl with a ring base, convex sides and a flat circular rim, large areas of which are missing, part of the wall and both handles. The clay is buff brown of medium grit, evenly fired hard and was a wet, smoothed self slip. The decoration is of White Painted I type in dark brown paint: the interior has paint on the rim, a broad band on the upper wall, three narrow bands enclose a boldly painted circle on the floor. In the exterior medium wall there is a broad band.
